How Much Is Our Fee?
Our standard fee for this type of item is 15 - 25% and that covers us handling this process start to finish.
Who Handles Unclaimed Funds?
We have a third party that handles that alongside us, and the benefit to you is signing the service agreement and working with us.
We send you a full written disclosure with all the details on the funds. At that point, you have all the information you need and it ensures that to your company will get this check back.
Either your third party vendor will already be aware and working on this and we go our separate ways, or at that point we’d recover it for you and have the check back to your company as soon as possible.

How do you get this information?
We encourage our clients to check their records to see if they can identify themselves where these funds got lost, and most often they aren’t aware of the funds, that’s why we’re calling you.
We work closely with several holders in every part of the United States. The information is made available by request only. Each holder must be contacted directly, and a formal request for the information must be made.
How long does the process take?
What if we already have a vendor that handles our unclaimed property?
The length of the process varies from holder to holder. Some are very quick, and some are a little slower. Once we submit a request to have the funds reissued, we will provide you an estimated time so you will know what to expect.
This is a great question, and we would like to clarify that the type of funds we specialize in locating are not publicly listed with any State Unclaimed Property division, nor will they ever be. They are a different type of fund that is never escheated to State Unclaimed Property.
